Footings Poured!

The footings have been prepped, inspected and poured. The slab is now to be prepared and the underground work (electrical, plumbing, heat and air) are underway.

Landscaping Adjustments Next Door Completed

With the permission of the ACC and the home owner next door we had some rocks, trees and shrubbery removed that was encroaching to this lot and was obstructing the construction pad area. This has been completed and the footings are now being dug and prepped to be poured.

Permit Pulled!

The building permit for this wonderful home has been officially pulled. A temperary power pull is being set and a site inspection from the City and the ACC are underway.

Lot Graded!

The tractors graded the lot today to prepare it to be staked and layed out.

The survey engineers staked out the lot corners today.

Building Permit Submitted

The building permit and plan has been submitted to the City of St. George.

ACC Aproved

The ACC at The Cliffs has approved this wonderful plan and it is now ready to be submitted to the City of St. George to obtain a building permit.
