Drywall Completed

The framing has been done, the home has been insulated and the dryall is hung, taped and textured and the walls are ready to be painted. The home is scheduled to have the perm. power hooked up on Friday.

Framing Progress

The framing began and is going very quickly.

Slab Poured

The slab has been poured and the cement is curing. We have had some rain and cold weather that has slowed the curing process. We plan on begining the framing very soon.

Underground Completed!

The underground plumbing and HVAC has been completed. We are now in the process of grading and preparing the slab for concrete. This preparation should take another 4 working days. In less than 2 weeks we should have the floor all poured to get ready for the framing stage.

Footings Poured!

The footings have been prepped, inspected and poured. The slab is now to be prepared and the underground work (electrical, plumbing, heat and air) are underway.

Landscaping Adjustments Next Door Completed

With the permission of the ACC and the home owner next door we had some rocks, trees and shrubbery removed that was encroaching to this lot and was obstructing the construction pad area. This has been completed and the footings are now being dug and prepped to be poured.

Permit Pulled!

The building permit for this wonderful home has been officially pulled. A temperary power pull is being set and a site inspection from the City and the ACC are underway.

Lot Graded!

The tractors graded the lot today to prepare it to be staked and layed out.

Staked Lot

The survey engineers staked out the lot corners today.

Building Permit Submitted

The building permit and plan has been submitted to the City of St. George.

ACC Aproved

The ACC at The Cliffs has approved this wonderful plan and it is now ready to be submitted to the City of St. George to obtain a building permit.

ACC Application Submitted

The Cliffs Architectual Review Committee has received all of the plans and application information and has begun the approval process. The entire committee will meet together for the final approval by the end of the month.
